The city of Oulu aims to ensure that the feedback service is accessible in accordance with the European Parliament’s and the Council of Europe’s directive (EU) 2016/2102, and that its implementation follows national legislation.

Some parts of the website do not meet all accessibility requirements.
Legislation does not concern the map, but the map is being developed to be more accessible. The service can be utilized without the map.

The website’s accessibility is updated through continual monitoring as its technology and content change. This statement is updated when the website is changed and when accessibility is evaluated.

Our Digital Services evaluates accessibility continually and we are committed to improving the accessibility of digital services.
Accessibility is considered from the start when developing new online services. We develop our accessibility competency and evaluate the accessibility of the city’s current online services.
